What is our return policy?

We accept bikinis purchased from Chanakan The Label in new condition with tags and in tact for store credit or exchange. Return shipping is at customer expense, Chanakan The Label is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning. You have 30 days from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for store credit or exchange. Please note all sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Sale items, including items purchased with a discount of 40% or more are not eligible for exchange. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, Chanakan The Label holds the right to refuse items that are worn, used, soiled/stained or not in the original condition.

All Items that have been exchanges are professionally sanitise and clean before re sale due to COVID19.

How long does a store credit last?

Store Credit will last for 12 months once issued.

What happens if you'r exchange or store credits gets rejected by our team?

Any items received that are not in original condition, in packaging with tags attached or have stains/soiling will be immediately shipped back to you. We are unable to issue store credits on these items for sanitary reasons. Shipping costs will need to be covered.
